#2. Imperial Rome, Ostia, and Portus: Ancient Architecture and Technology relates to the text because both talk about many of the contributions made by the Romans and Greeks in architecture. Both using examples of the Parthenon. Last Call for Planet Earth: Sustainable Development and Architecture relates to the text because both talk about the overall concept of green architecture. By using examples of eco-friendly materials that could be used to help the environment. That goal can be reached by using roof top insulators and how to incorporate fresh air, natural light, and gardens.

#3. The films are useful to understand the different technologies used in building designs and how they have evolved throughout history and ways other countries use them. Through the second video I learned how different forms of architecture can help the environment. Showing how any kind of idea can and will contribute to the goal of protecting the planet.

#4. I chose these videos because the titles caught my eye. I chose the first video because I thought it would be interesting to watch the architecture and technology of Rome. Also I chose the second video because the Last Call for Planet Earth sounds very interesting to watch.
